  • PRICING:

Price is determined by the information provided like: –data of your home that was received in our contact page or over the phone, the time we estimate/consider (CP MAIDS will work for the neccesary time in order to complete the cleaning task),the project is going to take, frequency of cleaning, type and quantity of rooms to be cleaned and overall conditions of the house. Call us to set up an appointment to visit your home. We will offer you different options according with your Cleaning needs. (Call us for details and rates)

  • PETS & ANIMALS:

Please secure your pets appropriately. We are kind to your pets, but CP MAIDS cannot be responsible for them.

  • REDOS & COMPLAINTS:

Any complaints or notices regarding the service performed by CP MAIDS has to be reported to the company within 24 to 48 hours from the date the service was completed to be valid and considered. These reports should be send to our contact email info@cpmaids.com with the customer`s name, address, contact information, date service was performed, and a detailed description of each complaint or notice. Please note that any property or home that has not been properly maintained for an extended period of time will be subdued to revision of the company`s management team before any redo is scheduled.

  • TIME WINDOWS-APPOINTMENT:

We reserve the right to arrive for scheduled appointments within the 60 minutes window provided. For example, if your Cleaning Service is schedule between 11:00-12:00 pm, our team will arrive between that 60 minute window. If it is over that time, we will call you to let you know of any difficulty that has put our team behind schedule.

  • SAFETY & CONFIDENTIALITY:

Should any member of your household require the use of syringes, please insure that they are disposed safely. Any secure container like a coffee can, can be used to store used syringes and/or needles prior to final disposal. Any unexpected stab by an insecure needle can pose serious health concerns to our staff. Please be sure that any confidential or potentially illegal documents or substances are put away before the cleaning team arrives.

  • CUSTOMERS SUBSCRIBED TO RECURRING SERVICE:

Prices are good for up to 1 year (12 months) since your First Time Cleaning. CP MAIDS will notify you if any new rates have been applied to your house.

  • CUSTOMERS NOT SUBSCRIBED TO RECURRING SERVICE:

Any home not subscribed to recurring services is considered a First Time Cleaning.

  • LOCK OUTS:

A $35.00 fee will be assessed in the event that our team arrives and are unable to access the premises.

  • LATE CANCELLATIONS:

Any appointment cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $45.00 cancellation fee.

  • RETURNED CHECK FEE:

A $45.00 fee will be assessed to all cancelled or returned checks and declined payments.

  • COUPONS:

Any coupons or promotions must be presented at the moment our team arrives to provide the service. Two promotions CANNOT be use together.

  • SCHEDULE CHANGES:

All schedule changes are handled directly with the company (info@cpmaids.com or by calling 239-601-4079), not with the team that cleans your home. This helps to avoid compromising to unavailable times since the team does not have full access to the company schedule system.

  • OUR HOURS:

CP MAIDS is available online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have scheduled appointments Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm. (Eastern Time)

  • BROKEN/DAMAGE ITEMS:

We treat your house with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning; CP MAIDS will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed.
