- WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE CP MAIDS ARRIVES?
To make our Cleaning Service more efficient, CP MAIDS recommends that clothing, toys and other household items should be picked up prior to our visit.
- DO I PROVIDE CLEANING SUPPLIES OR EQUIPMENT?
No. Our CP MAIDS team comes prepared with all the cleaning supplies and all the equipment necessary. However, if preferred by the customer, we are happy to clean with their preferred products or tools.
- DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR THE CLEANING SERVICE?
No, absolutely not…it’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of the free time. CP MAIDS is here to make your life easier.
- WOULD CP MAIDS CLEAN MY HOME THE WAY I WANT IT TO BE CLEAN?
If you are extremely particular about how your house cleaning is done, it is possible that CP MAIDS may do things a little different than you would normally do yourself. However, keep in mind that even if the cleaning is not done exactly as you would do it, the fact is, the entire house has been cleaned and you didn`t have to lift a finger.
- WHO WILL BE CLEANING MY HOME?
A regular team of trained CP MAIDS professionals will clean your home.
- WHAT TIME WILL CP MAIDS BE AT MY HOME?
We reserve the right to arrive for scheduled appointments within the 60 minutes window provided. For example, if your Cleaning Service is schedule between 11:00-12:00 pm, our team will arrive between that 60 minutes window. If it is over that time, we will call you to let you know of any difficulty that has put our team behind schedule.
- HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL COME TO CLEAN MY HOUSE?
A Team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed.
- WHEN & HOW DO I PAY FOR THE CLEANING SERVICES?
Payments are due the day of your scheduled cleaning service. Most customers find it convenient to simply write a check. For your convenience, use our CP MAIDS envelopes and simply give it to one of our team members.

- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY HOME?
First Time Cleaning takes more time since a deeper cleaning with more tasks is performed. After that we will determine how long it will take us to clean your home.

- CAN I TIP THE CLEANING TEAMS?
Absolutely! Gratuity is a nice way to say “I appreciate your work”.
- WHAT IF I LEAVE THE DOOR LOCKED BY MISTAKE AND CP MAIDS ARRIVES?
Oops! Please be aware that this means our team will be driving back and forth around town and dealing with an empty window of 3-5 working hours. A $45.00 fee will be applied.
- HOW WOULD YOU ACCESS MY HOME?
There are several options: you can be present, leave a key hidden in safe place or leave an open door (back, front, or garage). We will lock the doors on our way out.
- IS YOUR SERVICE GUARANTEED?
Absolutely! If not satisfied we will take the time to re-evaluate and re-clean your home as soon as possible. However, we do ask our clients to fully clarify their expectations of our service to accurately meet each one. Any complaints or notices regarding the service performed by CP MAIDS has to be reported to the company within 24 to 48 hours from the date the service was performed to be valid and considered.

- BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEMS?
We treat your house with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, CP MAIDS will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed.
- WHAT IF CP MAIDS SERVICE MISSED A SPOT?
Our maid services offer consistent, quality home cleaning. That’s why we offer a house cleaning service guarantee, which means that, if you notify us within 24 hours, our team will correct their mistake at no charge.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY CLEANING SERVICE?
Simply call 24-hours before your regular scheduled home cleaning with a more convenient cleaning time. Any appointment cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $45.00 cancellation fee.
- WHAT IF MY HOME CLEANING FALLS ON A HOLIDAY?
CP MAIDS will contact you to reschedule appointment for a more convenient time to you.
- HOW WILL OUR RELATIONSHIP WORK?
We know we must earn your trust and approval each time we visit your home. That is why CP MAIDS does not ask you to sign a contract. We depend on open communication and your honest evaluation of our service. We appreciate when you let us know how we can serve you better.
